Yup. Unless Cloud knows you though, be prepared to either get rejected or have him feel super awkward during it. (He might feel awkward/shy still if he knows you anyway but SHRUG details.) Hugs from kids will get a warmer reception.

Absolutely! Chances are, depending on the kind of kiss, he's just gonna blankly stare and not say anything (well, he might say "something", literally.) Without pre-established CR though, he'll try to hit you with the ol' 興味ないね。 — "Not interested."
